Open Executive Positions
ARMTA Edmonton Branch always welcomes new board members.
No experience necessary!
The Policies and Procedures manual (found in the Member’s Area) has detailed descriptions.

Edmonton Branch Representative to the Provincial Board
- Attend the monthly executive meeting (every 3rd Tuesday) and a budget meeting
- You are serving together with another Edmonton Branch representative.
- Attend Provincial Board meetings (generally twice a year) mainly via ZOOM
- Represent Edmonton Branch
- Report back to Edmonton Branch any information from the board meeting
General Meetings Convenor
- Attend the monthly executive meeting (every 3rd Tuesday)
- Plan the Membership Appreciation event with direction and assistance from the executive – detailed description is in the Policies and Procedures Manual
- Plan for the Annual General Meeting – detailed description is in the Policies and Procedures Manual
Festival Liaison
- Attend the monthly executive meeting (every 3rd Tuesday)
- Liaise with the Edmonton Music and Speech Arts Festival and with Edmonton area festivals that Edmonton Branch supports and bring forward any concerns that might arise – St. Albert, Parkland County, Sherwood Park, Leduc, and Strathcona County.
- Take concerns to meetings and bring reports back from meeting
